Will of Charles B. Leeg

I Charles B. Leeg of Henderson Co. Ky. declare this to be my last will and testament 1st all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid  (2) I give to  Lilly M. Overfield and Mary D. Robards the Eades farm Mary s. Robards to have house and barn and lot line to run with lot fence thence with wire fence went to corner of field thence south  with fence fare enough to divide land equal in acres thence west to Jenning line (3) I give to Nellie E. McElroy the King survey of land to J. W. Leeg and Charles Sanson Leeg I give the Osborn land. J. W. Leeg to get 54 acres beginning at Jas. Porter corner and Rangers Landing road thence south far enough to get fifty four acres thence east to back line Charles Samson the remainder I give to my wife the nome tract of land and personal property of every discription if I
should die after land is it rented it shall not be divided until another year my wife to receive all rent and pay taxes. Nov 30th 1917.
